🦠Toxic Flange🔬⚱️🌚<p>I realize I'm in a bit of an echo chamber in the <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fediverse</span></a> , and this is already obvious to so very many people here, but I need to say this "out loud" to fix some of my thinking. </p><p>Running a business way back when, once upon a time, MIGHT have been about supporting people, a region, and doing good for people, but not anymore. </p><p>The ideal 'business' today is one that doesn't have to pay or have any employees at all (I'm thinking that is why the push to AI, which is only good about static things, and wouldn't tell you when to piviot your business to something else).</p><p>If indentured servitude or slavery was still legal in North America, you better believe businesses would be doing it, because "We work within the limits of the law".
