Ashley MarieGood morning from the Azaleas! Today is a fresh new start in my own mental and physical health journey and my wish is that all enjoy the opportunity to make the best of what today has to offer each of us! Even if you're at rock bottom, keep fighting and pushing forward. It can be a long journey, for me it's been since October 2023 and eventually led to 6 out of 7 months being on medical leave to recover. Many days I did not want to continue on. Those were the days where I reminded myself that EVENTUALLY things would get better again. It doesn't happen over night, it happens with diligent and continuous effort, endless self-advocacy, asking for what you need (sometimes demanding it), patience, dedication, and a whole lot of hope. It's always worth it, because YOU'RE always worth it! Know that you're not alone and are loved!
