According to #BGStats, in March, I got in 26 plays of 17 different #BoardGames

New to me: River Valley Glassworks (quite good), Faraway (fun!), Calico (I think I prefer Cascadia) , and Sky Team (2P co-op)

I taught: El Grande, Ostia, The Quest for El Dorado, Race for the Galaxy, Viticulture: Tuscany, The Gang and SCOUT

Nice to get in more plays of Clans of Caledonia and Keyflower, both of which I want to play more. Also nice to get back around to The Castles of Burgundy and Saint Petersburg.

Spiele im März
Der Monat ist ja schon wieder rum. Wird also Zeit für eine Übersicht.
Nach starkem Anfang hatte der März ein - in jeder Hinsicht - bedauerliches Loch, aber das werde ich nicht weiter vertiefen.
Spielerisch haben wir uns auf die Klassiker konzentriert; erwartungsgemäß ohne Enttäuschungen. Splendor Duell trägt allerdings nicht auf Dauer, fürchte ich. Monastarium hingegen hat uns recht gut gefallen.
Für uns kein exzellenter, aber guter Monat.

1. Had enough time in the day for the things I needed to do.
2. @peterdrake and our East Coast friend played three different board games so I could fill in my missing squares for a nice, rectangular #BGStats collage for the month.
3. Finished watching The Residence and was happy that they stuck the landing.

Tidied up the output from the bot for BoardGames On This Day, and although they aren’t necessarily in chronological order they fit the space regardless of how many there are.

Got back from Dice Tower West. Here are my plays from the Con! #DTWSuccess #bgstats

Hier noch meine Übersicht(en) der gespielten #brettspiele im Februar: die meisten Spiele mit der Tochter (die inzwischen über die reinen Kinderspiele raus ist), #Fischen mit der abendlichen Spielerunde (kam gut an) und #DieWeißeBurg auf #BGA (würde ich gerne mal auf dem Tisch spielen) und noch vieles mehr. So wie im Feb kann es gerne weitergehen… schöne Mischung aus neu und alt. @brettspiele #bgstats

Recently we played, and immediately had to buy, Pixies by @gaminbiz. There was a nice surprise in the rules

#Orleans aus der @stadtbibliothekstuttgart hat Oldschool-Vibes, nicht nur wegen des Looks. Das Verhältnis zw. Regelumfang und Spieltiefe passt genau! Freu mich auf mehr
#BeyondTheHorizon macht viel Spaß, unsere Tischoberfläche kommt aber mal wieder ans Limit
#Civolution hatte es im engen Februar schwer. Für eine Partie hats aber gereicht

How can you properly track board games with expansions in #bgstats?

I read in the app that the game rounds with the expansion are added as comments in the base game.

But that doesn't seem to be a good solution to me yet.
Because the expansion is not counted in the 3x3 tile view or counted as played on BGG.

I wish both games were counted and automatically bundled in BGStats.

#BlackForest is a great game (as you’d expect with Rosenberg’s name on the box) but I had a rough play today. I enjoyed it but could not get things to run smoothly at all. My wife? She got her highest ever score #BoardGames #Brettspiele #bgstats @brettspiele

Five of our new plays were at a FLGS, where we played games all afternoon yesterday! They created a really nice friendly spot for gaming!
