ZenDesk does consider a bouncogram with custom message an answer? In other words: my reject+keep sieve answer results in the ticket being open on their end again?
It would be helpful if someone knew that or at least knew how I could test that.

My favorite thing about Zendesk is not being in Zendesk. These email shortcuts allow me to reply and move on.
