Another slower running month, but I could still give the proverbial butcher’s dog a run for its money!

March has been about taking it easy on my hamstring. I’ve held back from all speedwork, which has meant a drop in overall pace — and in turn, my VO₂ max has slipped from a high of 50 in December to 44.8. That’s to be expected, though.

Challenges for Monday [31-Mar]

[🏋️ fitness] Walk barefoot for 10-12 minutes on grass or uneven terrain, focusing on balance. If no suitable terrain, try balance exercises indoors.

[🪷 wellbeing] Create a small collection of found objects that evoke positive memories and reflect on their stories.
