#Watching NOMADS

The plot reads like it could be something scary or at least passably entertain but the execution is so wonky, 90 minutes pass by so slowly, and the Nomads (Adam Ant?) so innocuous the only thing that keeps you awake is the laughter that ensues whenever Pierce Brosnan does his "French" accent.

So many of these 'roided up 80s actors have appeared in so many terrible movies.
They team up in a decidedly average action movie in which someone actually says the line, "rest in pieces".

letterboxd.comA ★★★★ review of The Double Life of Véronique (1991)Krzysztof Kieslowski's engrossingly mistifying drama has Irene Jacob playing (as you might guess from the title) two roles. The film moves at a deliberate pace and there are times when you're not sure what's going on, before you realize that's not really the point. Career best performance from Irene Jacob (who I still call Audrey Tatou from time to time and that's how she shows up on my phone when she calls me) and makes the job of puppeteering seem sexier than it probably is.
