TIL: #SAP speichert die Daten der Exportkontrolle nicht, auch wenn man den fetten "Speichern" Button klickt.
Ich will jetzt nicht sagen, dass ein halber Tag sinnloser Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahme jetzt doppelt sinnoos war, aber ich geh mal rüber in der Verwaltung was anzünden. 🔥

Da selbst eintragen nicht geklappt hat, jetzt was Neues auf der Arbeit: Wenn wir bei Dienstreisen Barauslagen hatten, dürfen wir die jetzt erst in ein PDF eintragen, dann dort Belege anheften, dann das PDF signieren, und das dann Weiterleiten. Soweit, so gut.

Dann wird das PDF von der Verwaltung in #SAP eingetragen, deswegen muss es auch genau _ein_ PDF sein.

Ach ja, und genehmigen können es auch nur die Führungskräfte - geht in SAP nicht anders 🤡

Gut, dass ich fast nie reise...

Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres… different names, same core principles (RAC, Data Guard, ASM, Always On…), each with its own quirks. Oracle’s just a bit more complex with less accessible tools. But SAP HANA? Feels like going back to the Middle Ages every time I used it. It’s been a while since I touched SAP, but that experience stuck with me.
