It's so weird how some companies are complaining bitterly about reduced productivity caused by remote working, while people like myself have been fully remote since long before Covid, and many other companies have experienced *increased* productivity since the work-from-home trend started by Covid, and then there are companies like @bufferapp who started fully remote decades ago and have actually never had a physical office for people to go to.
It's like, it's working perfectly fine for most of us. What on earth are you big corps complaining about?
