Had my first discussion with a client about them potentially repurposing their 10 year old iMac (with 64GB RAM no less) and convert it into a Chromebook with ChromeFlexOS. Keen to see if they proceed with it.

Kind of an odd question, but maybe my pocket friends will have an idea. I have an old kindle fire tablet (~10 years old). Does anyone have an idea on an organization that would use it? Or is there a way to install a different (non-amazon) OS on it and use it for something else?

Otherwise, I guess it will go to the dump for disposal?
