An IT Program Manager serves as a key facilitator for technical and non-technical teams delivering work with a significant technical aspect, provides information or recommendations to senior leaders, and represents the IT Department or the Library in projects or programs. The IT Program Manager will lead, support, or contribute to projects or programs related to information technology systems or services. The major range of functions include implementations, migrations, policies and procedures, governance, cybersecurity, and strategic priorities. Staff may be assigned to them as program resources as needed.
