vga256<p>one of the most important mac applications i've had since the powerpc days is telestream's ScreenFlow.... which began its life as a simple screen recording app, and slowly transitioned into a full tilt video editing suite over the next 15+ years. i've paid for a couple of upgrades over the years, just because it's 100x more enjoyable than dealing with final cut pro 🤢 </p><p>screenflow has two cringe-inducing downsides:<br>- it requires activation (with a serial number)<br>- telestream breaks compatibility with older versions of OS X every single year and won't support older versions after a period. </p><p>they officially quit supporting anything older than v9.0 in 2021, which is tantamount to publicly announcing that v1.0 - v8.0 are now abandonware.</p><p>long story short: i spent the night archiving every single release of ScreenFlow from WBM and uploaded them to the mac garden. if you've got anything from OS X 10.5 to 10.14, you now have a working copy of screenflow. </p><p>they are uncracked at the moment - but i've contacted a fellow macgarden member who may know how to disable the activation on them.</p><p>ScreenFlow 1.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-1" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-1</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 2.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-2" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-2</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 3.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-3" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-3</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 4.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-4" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-4</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 5.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-5" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-5</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 6.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-6" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-6</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 7.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-7" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-7</span></a><br>ScreenFlow 8.x: <a href="http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/screenflow-8" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">macintoshgarden.org/apps/scree</span><span class="invisible">nflow-8</span></a></p><p>enjoy! :)</p><p><a href="https://dialup.cafe/tags/macos" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>macos</span></a> <a href="https://dialup.cafe/tags/macosx" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>macosx</span></a> <a href="https://dialup.cafe/tags/vintageApple" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vintageApple</span></a> <a href="https://dialup.cafe/tags/abandonware" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>abandonware</span></a></p>
