I decided to leave the ambient occlusion out, at least for now. The scene looks bit more boring and flat in-game but the AO texture with visible noise didn't quite fit in as everything else is.. well, boring and flat.

My town's had a pretty gnarly infestation of flying ants the last two days and my insides have been left crawling. 3D modelled that ant btw :)
