SnoopJ<p>I've had this problem several times, but it seems like the `*_meta.xml` file provided by the web download of an <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/InternetArchive" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>InternetArchive</span></a> collection is NOT the same one as referenced in the file list for that collection's torrent.</p><p>So you always end up with a 99.9% availability torrent because that XML file "isn't present"</p><p>Seems to be some kind of quirk of how they manage generation of torrents and/or the lifetime of this XML metadata, but maybe `libtorrent` is implicated as well?
