Could somebody please recommend me a free good chatbot? better with voice input?
but not Google or Microsoft or Amazon etc..
I have just tried Grok 3 and it's a disaster. it lies on every step and makes things and links up. and when I say the link you provide does not exist - it tells me to double check it and to google by myself 😱😂🤦

scary to think that someone will take information from there and will believe it 😱

but it's very friendly instead 😂

(the pics are just a quick example, i asked other things - facts which i know and - OMG, OMG...
and the links it gives are
kiri-aikido.fi/ - does not work and i´ve never heard about it
goo.gl/maps/KZe438hPZ8cRvUoE7 - does not show anything and such street does not exist in Kirkkonummi either
other links and stuff do not exist either
Suomen Aikidoyhdistys - what´s this??
or don´t i know something??)

Gary Marcus @garymarcus salutes "Musk for insisting that “Rigorous adherence to truth” is a prerequisite for safe AI.
May he someday hold himself to that standard."

Follows a conversation Marcus had with Musk's own #Grok3 #AI showing how #Musk himself mishandles truth.

Interesting, to say the least.
Ironic, even, if AI weren't such a fraud system and tragedy for the environment and climate.
And for truth.

Marcus on AI · Musk, Grok, and “rigorous adherence to truth“By Gary Marcus

"Meanwhile, generative search tools’ tendency to fabricate URLs can also affect users’ ability to verify information sources. #Grok2, for instance, was prone to linking to the homepage of the publishing outlet rather than specific articles.

More than half of responses from #Gemini and #Grok3 cited fabricated or broken URLs that led to error pages. Out of the 200 prompts we tested for Grok 3, 154 citations led to error pages"

Prompt for #Grok3

Today is March 11, 2025. I’d like you to analyze data from the past two weeks (February 25 to March 10, 2025) covering U.S. #economics , politics, financials, #stock markets, liquidity, and related topics. Please create a comprehensive report that evaluates the potential upside and downside risks for the U.S. stock markets and forecasts possible future trends. Incorporate and weave in insights from prestigious research institutions and expert analyses to support your findings.

#Grok3 #DeepSearch is really a game changer. It’s exactly the thing I wanted from “AI” since the beginning (at least for now), but didn’t get from OpenAI. It’s able to write a very comprehensive and well structured research on a given topic, descripe the process of “thinking” about it, including the online sources it used. And you don’t have to even write a detailed prompt or fiddle with “prompt engineering” to get a high-quality answer! Moreover, it’s pretty fast. #AI

On the other side, it’s from a company owned by a dangerous drug-addict psychopth (Musk). :(
Do you know about any alternative that is just as good? And how about open-source models, is it possible to run someting similar without a huge GPU cluster?
