Die Deutsche #Umwelthilfe hat vor Gericht gegen die #Lufthansa gewonnen.

Das Landgericht #Köln erklärte die Werbung mit angeblichem #CO2-Ausgleich für irreführend. Fluggästen werde fälschlich suggeriert, ihr Flug könne durch Zahlungen #klimaneutral werden.

Die #DUH fordert nun, innerdeutsche Kurzstrecken durch #Bahnreisen zu ersetzen und „grüne“ #Werbeversprechen ehrlich zu gestalten. Das Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig.

Das Landgericht Nürnberg-Fürth bewertete die Aussage als irreführend. Laut Deutscher #Umwelthilfe fehlte eine nachvollziehbare Strategie zur #Zielerreichung. Die DUH fordert nun klare Regeln gegen #Greenwashing und strengere #Transparenzpflichten für #Klimaversprechen von Unternehmen.
