Chris Mills<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://hachyderm.io/@aronow" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>aronow</span></a></span> I like Colby cheddar dusted in cornstarch melted into some finely minced, sautéed onion with <a href="https://cloudisland.nz/tags/GaramMasala" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GaramMasala</span></a> spice to which a can of evaporated milk has been added and heated (only need to just simmer to set the cornstarch). It’s super-smooth, and not claggy. I think it is better if you thin it with a 1-3 Tbs of milk, or water for later use, but it is great on day 1.</p>
