Here's a funny story that is probably of niche hilarity to me seeing as this stuff has been my job for 30 years:

I used the voice recognition in my car to navigate me to the nearest Lidl.

It offered me a route to Liechtenstein.

It really did. I nearly pissed myself laughing. But then, I would.

The satnav in Hyundai is shit, really shit. In my professional opinion.

We are Hyatt folks and this isnt going to change that but this Hyatt House experience has not been great. Front desk person wasnt exactly rude but clearly did not want to be there. I should note that later I had a different person who seemed like a good employee. We're all entitled to a bad day but day 2 the frazzled individual wasn't much better.

I’ve taken an early lunch to go and give blood, and listening to the 7 March episode of Rare Earth on the train I have just added two books to my “to obtain and read” list.

My pile of books to read is still massive, and I haven’t bought a book in over three months.

I know I'm cheap. I live frugally, hardly ever eat out, etc., but ya gotta have a phone these days and here's my beef:

HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR THE PHONE AND SERVICE AND INSURANCE AND THERE'S NO FREE CASE????

The phones are slippery, so a case is a must. Then, the cases can be another 25 or more dollars.

I got one for around 20 that seems very strong.

BUT STILL!!!
