Ever walked into a tech event and thought, "Where are the women?" You're not alone! [1 of 2]
Let's look at why some tech groups feel a bit lopsided, using simple numbers. Imagine you're at a party:
1. If it's a "Code Party" (Software Developers): For every 10 people, you might see 8 or 9 men and only 1 or 2 women. This is a big difference, and it's why some tech meet-ups can feel very male-dominated
2. If it's a "Design Party" (UX/UI, Graphics): This party looks much more balanced! For every 10 people, you might see 5 or 6 men and 4 or 5 women. It's much closer to an even mix

Wegen Armbruch seit 8 Wochen nicht arbeiten können (bin selbstständig) und mittlerweile fehlt das Geld ganz schön. Hab Frust und Wut mal in einen Song gepackt, ist etwas aggressiver geworden als ich wollte aber bin trotzdem extrem gespannt darauf, den aufzunehmen.
