The box of KRONO energy gels arrived and I tried one yesterday.
The pouch is smaller than the Gu which is a good thing, I can carry more during a run or ride. I had the Lemon one which contains some caffeine (about as much as an espresso) and the flavour is great, also gave me a kick. I did 20’ of indoor rowing and 1h30 of ballet
Together I got some electrolyte tablets that I haven’t tried yet. I love drinking electrolytes during exercise because I sweat a lot, and that makes me last longer. Especially with warmer days around the corner.
So that’s it - positive experience and will be using the KRONO from now on - KANADIAN produkt, perfekt to boykott the US and support lokal.
