my most recent #EarthModularSociety stream is the first one in a couple months due to life stuff. the patch is based around this wildly pitch shifting chord through the Rainbow Machine, so a lot of the harmonies, key, etc are quite ambiguous
and here is my set from yesterday's New Year's Eve stream on #EarthModularSociety - this was kind of an exercise in making a big gnarly sound and then learning some restraint

Yesterday I did a little stream on #EarthModularSociety after setting all my stuff back up now that the apartment repairs are done.
I have no musical pokerface. It sounds really anxious. heh. It includes some percussion, creepy pitch bending, and samples from found answering machine tapes.

Playing with having different filters (Cinnamon and Forbidden Planet) in the left and right channels, controlled via a joystick, and square wave LFO modulation to create a sparkly PBS-esque sweep from Ikarie

My patch for #EarthModularSociety 's generative patch theme is based on public domain audio recordings of geysers in Yellowstone National Park. The audio drives much of the pitch sequencing, modulation, and gates for the patch.
