@crk5 I am probably one of the few people on earth with a complete collection of 11 Greg Kihn/Greg Kihn Band CDs. These were released in Germany in the late ‘80s. They are flat transfers from the master tapes, so they sound amazing!

Today I drove an hour to my favorite record/media store and traded in some LPs and a PS2 slim with games. Came home with 23 CDs and 2 Blu-rays. I'm currently ripping the CDs to FLAC and cataloging them on Discogs. I don't know why this all makes me happy, but it does.
If you need more space for any of your CDs to have more songs on them, you can "overburn" then with this tutorial

Did anyone have a CD audio player back in the day that featured CD+G video output?
I got my first CD player in 1985, a Pioneer PD-5010 which had CD+G output, but I never had the cable and didn't have the tech sense to search for it beyond just the local Circuit City.

Currently listening to music whilst ripping the last of my CD collection to FLAC format. Finally graduating from MP3. Took me long enough.
Of all the various CD variations (Blu spec CD ,XRCD,HDCD, SACD etc) this one clearly passed me by... LPCD.

Last year, I got my family's CD collection handed down to me.
I have about 200-400 CDs to go through, and I'll be adding them to my Discogs page over time. Today, I'm adding the ones I've listened to and enjoyed so far.
I love owning physical media because it means I really own my music, and no big corporation can take it away from me.

.Tengo tres ediciones, el CD de los años 90 que lleva conmigo desde finales de esa década, la cinta original de 1974, edición británica y una reedición (que es bootleg y entre otras cosas el disco es azul) del LP que encontré la década pasada en un mercadillo.
Como detalle, en el CD se cortó la parte de abajo de la portada original, donde aparecen todos los miembros de entonces del grupo además de una pequeña foto de Emil Schult. La parte trasera original también se sustituyó por una foto del grupo en concierto donde por cierto ya no estaba Klaus Roeder porque aparece Wolfgang Flür.
