Dazu packend von der ersten Sekunde, mit Furiosa als Fels im Irrsinn. Ich dachte zunächst "warum all das Lob für #AnyaTaylorJoy wenn sie erst die zweite Hälfte zu sehen ist“ - aber welchen Stempel sie dann dem Film aufdrückt!

Ich würde jetzt gerne berichten, dass dieses Prequel auch Fury Road aufwertet - das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Die Furiosa von #CharlizeTheron wirkt im Vergleich müde, schlaff, gelangweilt, weit entfernt von der fiebrigen Spannung der Prequel-Figur.

Like Charlize Theron (Fury Road), Anya Taylor-Joy has screen presence to burn. And like her predecessor, she understands how to present someone putting up a tough facade and show you the real survivalist steel beneath the stoic front.

Taylor-Joy doesn’t have a lot of dialogue, either. She doesn’t need it.
