So, Amazon has a delivery app with a circle around the destination GPS coordinates. When the driver enters the circle, the package is "delivered".
Today, a driver was miffed at the gate person because the circle was inaccessible inside a restricted area of the facility, so he left with the package.
The fallacy? Treating driver and phone as inseparable.
